Christmas, Rugby, Dancing and volleyball
I posted some examples of the prize I am giving away on treasured portraits blog. Have a look. Comments welcome (hint hint)!!
January didn't fail us. Once again we were sick. Jayden and I both went another round with strep throat. However we were able to get to the doctor quick and were cleared to be exposed within 24 hours. So we have been able to get out and do some fun stuff. Stillman has been playing rugby with some friends. He has a blast. Anyone want to come you are welcome. It isn't a league, it is just a group of friends getting together to play for fun. It cost Five dollars to pay for the rental of the gym, pitch, whatever.

We celebrated my birthday. Stillman got me a China Hutch that I love. I have been wanting one since we got married. When we registered we didn't really think that people would buy us a full set of china, but they did. It has been sitting in boxes, that we have to dig out every-time we want to use it. Family came over and we had a great time playing games and visiting. I also got some Books, a lens filter,Clothes and Jewelry what more could a girl want. Gma Norton also gave me some vitamin supplements so I can stop getting sick. Thank you everyone for your company and gifts.
Ashley invited me to play Volleyball with her ward. Our ward plays at 9:30 am and I can't get a babysitter every-time. Plus I don't trust my kids to just roam the halls alone. I haven't played in a couple of years, since I was prego with Jayden in fact. It was so fun to play again. She has agreat group of ladies in her ward. A big thank you to the Kuna 1st and 13th wards for letting me crash your game.
Stillman and I were able to go dancing at the institute. They are teaching the Lindy Hop this week. One of my favorite swing dances. We ended laughing at each other more than anything else. It was a great date night. We also ran into a four other old married couples from the dance team. It was great to catch up. Thanks Mom for babysitting.
These are some of my favorite pictures from Christmas. have fun and don't forget to pop over to my other blog to see some of the projects I have been working on.

This is the kids running to bed. So Cute! After Alex was done brushing his teeth, he was walking to his bedroom when Stillman came up the stairs. Alex jumps and goes, " OH. you scared me. I thought you were Santa!"

Running Man in action

The Kids entertained themselves by locking themselves into lockers. This idea was given to them by their fathers. Great Idea Dads!

New Blog

Hey everyone,
We have started a New Blog. www.treasuredportraits.blogspot.com. It is for our Photography business. We recently purchased our DBA license: Treasured Portraits. We are very excited.
Remember that this blog is a work in progress. We will be posting some of our latest work. We wanted a place to showcase as many pictures as we could. We will also be posting some of our creative photography. We will also do Photography challenges for those who want to showcase your own creative photography.
Let us know if you have any critiques. This blog is a work in progress right now. We would love your suggestions. The tabs at the top are navigation tabs. Check those out and see if they work for you. Also give our email button a try and see if that works for you.
If you want to help advertise for me: Put www.treasuredportraits.blogspot.com on your Blog list so that others can read it to. If any of you have pictures that I have taken of you on your blogs, you could make them a link to www.treasuredportraitsboise.com . Let me know if you want help in figuring out how to do that.
we are going to be adding a vendors list to the sidebar. If you have a business and want to swap advertising with us just contact us and let us know. Tamara was making a Cake Blog and we were going to swap advertising. We were going to put a link for Brigitte and Jeremy for Dance instruction. So if you have a business or know of someone who has a business that might relate to weddings or portraits Let us know!

Thank Heaven for Little Boys Updated.
Last night we had gotten a little fed up with how wild our boys were being. Jayden had gotten a late nap. 6:30 p.m. Usually he is our easy one to put to sleep. Alex for some reason wanted to sleep on the top bunk. Which would be fine if we could be sure he would stay there all night long. (He is doing much better now with a little super hero incentive) So Stillman told him if he didn't get in his own bed we were going to leave and let him fall asleep on his own. (yeah right). Anyway we leave and are getting ready for bed when suddenly the screaming (that would be Jayden) from the other room stops. Stillman sneaks a peak in the room. Alex is sitting next to Jayden's bed and tickling his back trying to put him to sleep. How Sweet. He lasted about two minutes before he told Daddy that his arm was tired and it was his turn.
Today after church Alex said. " Mommy I love going to church and seeing that picture of Jesus where all the kids are gathered around Jesus. It is my favorite picture, I wish we had money so we could by that picture and put it in our house." "I also loved that song we sang today." Stillman and I were out of the room for teacher orientation so I had no idea what picture and song he was talking about. He said the song went like this: "The children were gathered rounds Jesus." After he described it a few more times, We figured out that it was the picture for this year theme and the song for this year's theme. I Know My Savior Loves Me. Here is the picture he was talking about.

Here is a movie of some random videos I have been taking.
